Your tasks:
- travel planning for our conference speakers, board members and staff (flight connections, rental cars, train tickets, hotels etc.)
- booking of trips via different booking platforms or travel agencies
- accounting and monitoring of travel expenses as well as management and optimisation of travel budgets
- creation and review of internal company travel policies
- negotiation of framework agreements (travel providers, hotels, rental cars, airlines)
What we are looking for:
- vocational training as a travel agent or comparable professional training as well as several years of professional experience
- very good knowledge of English
- good knowledge of all relevant MS Office applications as well as different booking systems
- structured, systematic and independent way of working
- confident, communicative and friendly attitude
