Objective
The purpose of this course is to introduce lawyers to the law and practice of mediation.

This interactive course will provide the legal background, practical skills and mediation techniques. Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through exercises, workshops and a full day of mock mediation to which active participation is encouraged.
Who should attend?
The course is aimed at legal practitioners, judges, notaries and judicial staff members who want to use mediation and/or improve their ability to resolve disputes and for mediators interested in cross-border mediation.
Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg
Participants in the summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.

After a day's intensive training, enjoy our varied social programme: the course dinner with fellow participants, wine-tasting in the Mosel vineyards, a tour of the historic city of Trier.
