Objective
This seminar will offer legal professionals an update on recent developments in jurisprudence regarding the EU Staff Regulations. It will also provide participants with knowledge on detailed aspects of the procedure before the Civil Service Tribunal of the European Union (CST).

Who should attend?
Civil servants working for human resources departments in the EU Institutions, EU officials wishing to know more about their rights under the Staff Regulations and how to defend them before the CST, lawyers in private practice wishing to appear before the CST.
Visit to the CST
Participants will also have the opportunity to meet the registrar and a judge from the CST, as well as to attend a hearing.
Please note there will be a limited number of places available for the hearing in the Tribunal. They will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
