Objective
This seminar will analyse the system of delegated and implementing powers introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon and developed in further legal acts. It will explore the rules and general principles governing mechanisms for control of the Commission’s exercise of implementing powers by the Member States, which have been in force for one year. It will also discuss the application in practice of the Lisbon Treaty provisions on delegated acts.Key topics
