Objective
This training will give the participants an in-depth and concrete insight into the right to equal recognition before the law under Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and the UNCRPD Committee’s General Comment no. 1, as well as the safeguards and standards it entails.
