Objective
This course will provide you with hands-on experience on
cross-border civil litigation cases and the recent jurisprudence of the
European Court of Justice.
All relevant EU instruments in this field
will be presented and analysed, both by way of lectures and case
studies. You will profit from daily workshops where active participation
is encouraged.

aimed at legal practitioners seeking a thorough introduction to the
various instruments in EU civil law and the different methods of
cross-border debt recovery within the EU and beyond.
Visit of the European Court of Justice
Participants will also have the opportunity to attend a hearing at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
