Objective
This
90-minute online workshop focuses on the interplay between subsidies,
including EU state aid and third-country subsidies, and public
intervention to ensure financial stability, such as bank recovery and
resolution. It updates practitioners on emerging trends and complexities
in light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the emergency regulatory
and supervisory framework currently in place, as well as proposed
measures to combat third-country unfair practices in the area of
subsidies.
