The ERA European Traffic Law Congress will provide participants with an opportunity to obtain a comprehensive overview of and a forum for discussion on current developments in European traffic law relevant to daily practice.
Experts in the field, academics, stakeholders and practising lawyers dealing with cross-border traffic cases will focus on:
- The European Road Safety Action Programme 2011-2020;
- Cross-border traffic accidents as a merging point of civil, criminal, public and insurance law on national and EU level;
- The proposal for a new Regulation on bus and coach passengers rights.
