Objective
This 3-day online seminar will analyse the existing system of delegated and implementing powers and its application since more than 10 years. It will discuss the question of legislative choice between delegated and implementing acts.The seminar will explore the rules and general principles governing the mechanism for the Member States to control the Commission’s exercise of implementing powers. Finally, it will discuss the application in practice of the provisions on delegated acts.
