Objective
This training will give the participants an in-depth and concrete
insight into several legal aspects related to disability in employment
and beyond, in particular into disability discrimination.

Who should attend?
Lawyers, legal staff of NGOs, academics and other legal trainers from all EU Member States, plus Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Participation conditions
The number of places available for participants is limited and subject to a selection procedure.
Applications should be submitted before 10 August 2018. A response will
be sent to every applicant shortly after this deadline. We advise you
not to book any travel or hotel before you receive our confirmation.
No seminar fee
Travel expenses will be reimbursed to a maximum of EUR 360 subject to the submission of the originals of travel receipts.
Participants are advised of the obligation to use the most
cost-efficient mode of transport available. Maximum 2 hotel nights will
be covered directly by ERA, only for the hotel booked by ERA.
These rules do not apply to representatives of EU Institutions and
Agencies who should cover their own travel and accommodation. Their
participation is further subject to the approval of the European
Commission.
