Objective
The purpose of
this course is to introduce (family) lawyers to practical aspects of
European and international family law.
This course will provide you with hands-on experience of cross-border
family cases and the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the
European Union (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights
(ECtHR).
All relevant instruments in this field will be presented and analysed,
by way of both lectures and case studies. You will benefit from daily
workshops where active participation is encouraged.

Visit
to the CJEU in Luxembourg
Participants in the summer course will have the opportunity to visit the
European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
