The participation for judges is free of charge. Two nights in a
single hotel room as well as travel costs of up to 500 Euros will be
covered by the ERA. Participants have to be nominated by their national
EJTN contact point.

Objective
The conference will bring together all actors involved in the private enforcement of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU to address two key issues in enforcement of those rules, namely injunctive and damages actions.
