Objective
This five-day course will provide you with an introduction to the law of cross-border civil litigation within the EU and beyond. The most topical issues are discussed.
This course will provide you with hands-on experience of cross-border debt recovery, the newest Regulations and the recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
All relevant instruments in this field will be presented and analysed, by way of both lectures and case studies. You will benefit from daily workshops where active participation is encouraged.

Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg
Participants in the summer course will have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
