This course will provide you with hands on experience on cross-border family cases and the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Court of Human Rights.

All relevant instruments in this field will be presented and analysed, by way of both lectures and case studies. You will benefit from daily workshops where active participation is encouraged. In the workshops, cases will be discussed in small groups.
