Objective
This online course is foreseen as one of a series of specialised courses in different fields of legal English. Participants in this course are expected to have at least a basic knowledge of legal English to build upon.
The general objective of this online course is to train participants in using criminal law terminology for cases with a cross-border element. The three mornings will be interactive, providing new content and practising its use.
Course Objectives
The principal objectives of this course are:
- to improve participants’ existing command of general legal English terminology
- to make participants familiar with terminology in the fields of International Cooperation in Criminal Matters
- based on a practical assignment, to reinforce the newly gained contents and writing skills
Who should attend?
This course is designed for speakers of English at an intermediate level (B1) or above who have a particular interest in the language of International Cooperation in Criminal Matters.
Interactive Course
The course will be hosted on ZOOM. You will be able to interact immediately and directly with our top-quality speaker and other participants and work collaboratively on interactive exercises. We will make the most of the technical tools available to deliver an intensive, interactive training experience.
