ERA re-elected to EJTN Steering Committee
The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) held elections for key positions at its General Assembly in Paris on 7-8 June 2022.
New EJTN Steering Committee and Secretary General
The Academy of European Law (ERA) was re-elected as a member of the Steering Committee and as convenor of the Programmes Working Group.
The General Assembly also elected Ingrid Derveaux from the École nationale de la Magistrature (France) as the new Secretary General of EJTN from 1 January 2023.
EJTN brings together the national institutions responsible for judicial training in the EU Member States and ERA. It was established in 2000 and has a permanent secretariat in Brussels.
Elections are held every three years for the Steering Committee, Working Groups and Secretary General of the network.
The other future members of the Steering Committee are:

- Bundesministerium der Justiz (Germany)
- Scuola Superiore della Magistratura (Italy)
- SSR Studiecentrum Rechtspleging (the Netherlands)
- Centro de Estudos Judiciários (Portugal)
- National Institute of Magistracy (Romania)
- Escuela Judicial - Consejo General del Poder Judicial (Spain)
