It is important to understand the interactions between national law and EU law which can be quite multifaceted and complex.
What I found truly inspiring at ERA was the opportunity to learn directly from top-level experts and policymakers shaping EU IP law. Their insights and experiences greatly enrich participants’ understanding and offer a privileged perspective on the latest developments in EU law and policy.
It is always a great pleasure to take part in the ERA events, engaging with talented participants, and contributing to discussions that bridge theory and practice in intellectual property law.
