Arriving by plane
Airport Luxembourg
Luxembourg-Findel airport is about 30 minutes by car from Trier, a fact that your local travel agent may not be aware of, with direct flights from many cities in Europe.
Airport Frankfurt-Hahn
Frankfurt-Hahn airport is about 50 minutes away by road and there is a regular shuttle service to Trier. For information on the timetable please visit: www.hahn-airport.de
Arriving by train

Taking a bus from the train station
Line 3 to Treveris-Passage, then change for line 8 (direction Mariahof) to ERA. The bus stop is located in front of the Golden Tulip Hotel and ERA (bus stop Bernhardstraße).
Alternatively with line 2 from Balduinsbrunnen (direction Heiligkreuz) to bus stop Bernhardstraße in front of the Golden Tulip Hotel and ERA.
Walking from the train station
ERA can be reached by foot from the main station in fifteen minutes.
Arriving by car
There are motorway connections from Luxembourg, Cologne, Koblenz and Saarbrücken.From Koblenz/Saarbrücken/Kaiserslautern (A48 /A1), drive straight from the freeway to Moseluferstraße (do not exit Trier Nord, Stadtmitte), continue along the Mosel until you reach Römerbrücke (second bridge over the Moselle), immediately after Römerbrücke turn left into Südallee. Please follow the signposting "Centrum/Mariahof/ERA/ECC". The road passes the Kaiserthermen on the left and leads into a roundabout which you should leave by turning right - direction Mariahof. At the first light that follows, turn right again and then left. You are in front of the ERA underground car park with 140 parking spaces.
From Köln/Bitburg (A64/B51) cross the Moselle towards the centre, then turn right into Moseluferstraße, continue along the Moselle until you reach Römerbrücke (second bridge over the Moselle).
